Dear MJCS Families:
Next week will be our Final Exam and Chinese New Year celebration. Wish all students will do great on the exam. Our Chinese New Year celebration will be started at 11:15am. Please note all the classes will be finished earlier after exam by 11am, so please join our celebration and enjoy! We will have great performances and raffle during our program. Don’t miss out!
Next Sunday 2/7, our school will provide a Chinese New Year celebration program from 2pm to 4pm at East Brunswick Library: 2 Jean Walling Civic Center, East Brunswick, NJ 08816. We will have table booths and great performances to bring lots of fun and joy! Welcome everyone to join with us next Sunday!
Please note our In-school Karaoke Contest is now re-scheduled to February 20th, 2016. The registration form is sending out with the newsletter. Please submit your signed form to your class teacher or to the school administration by 1/30. Thank you
Our yearbook sponsoring is now opened! The school Yearbook sponsor form is sending out with the newsletter. We hope to get as many as sponsors to support our yearbook. If you know anybody is looking for posting their business advertisements, our yearbook is definitely a great place to be.
Save The Date!!! CACA’s Annual Gala is scheduled for March 12, 2016 at the Somerset DoubleTree Hotel. This will be the biggest party of the school year. There will be over 200 people in attendance. This is a great time to meet good people from the other CACA Subgroups. Babysitting will be available. Please stop by the admin table for more information. Tickets are $75 per person, 6pm – 12am. You do not want to miss this event !

PTO News:
1. The MJCS Chinese New Year Celebration will be held on Saturday, February 6, 2016. Come and join the festivities as we usher in the Year of the Monkey. There will be a Lion Dance, performances by our students, a raffle, carnival games, and lots of great prizes. All language students will receive a raffle ticket and a ticket for a slice of free pizza. The tickets for the Chinese New Year celebration will go on sale this Saturday in the school lobby. Purchase your tickets in advance to avoid the long lines on the day of. You will receive a 10% discount if tickets are purchased in advance. Look out for the Signup Genius email coming out by the end of the week to sign up for volunteer opportunities. PTO is also looking for donations of traditional Chinese New Year dessert s for the celebration. All volunteers and dessert donations will receive one credit towards the refund of the PTO deposit.
2. Don’t forget to pick up your Shoprite or hMart Giftcards before you go shopping in preparation for the Chinese New Year reunion dinner! What a great way to help MJCS PTO in its fund raising efforts! The PTO will receive 5% from the sales of the giftcards. Shoprite or hMart Giftcards can be purchased in the lobby at drop-off or at the PTO table in the cafeteria.
3. Class photos are here!!! Stop by the lower lobby or the PTO desk to preview your child’s class photo and place your order. The orders that were previously placed will be available for pick up this Saturday.

請和我們一起慶祝中美文化協會週年慶典! 時間：2016年3月12日，在Somerset DoubleTree Hotel舉行 , 希望大家不要錯過這個一年一度盛大的派對. 到時將有超過二百多人參加, 是一個認識其他CACA 成員的好機會. 而現場托兒有服務, 歡迎大家一家大小一起參加. 如果需要更多的資料, 請到教務處查詢. 希望大家多多支持這個CACA和MJCS 的活動. 門票每人$75元, 派對時間由6PM 到12AM.
